A Houston attorney's long-running legal battle with a former client over attorney fees has increased the $30,000 originally in dispute to more than $300,000 -- and there's no end in sight for the litigation. Although the courts have sided so far with the Sacks Law Firm and its president, David J. Sacks, former client Charles McIntyre Haden Jr. isn't giving up. Sacks says he probably wouldn't have sued Haden if he'd known how long the litigation was going to be. "I took a bath on this," Sacks admits.
