A Connecticut judge reported missing while visiting relatives in Texas has been found after medical staff at a hospital recognized him as their patient, authorities said Thursday.
William Lewis, 75, was last seen Wednesday, driving a tan 1999 Chevy truck with Texas license plates near Rice University, on the city's southwest side.
Lewis suffered a heart attack and was brought in to St. Luke's Hospital, said Officer Johanna Abad, a police spokeswoman.
He did not have identification. Medical personnel recognized him after seeing his picture on newscasts, Abad said.
Information on how Lewis ended up at the hospital or his condition wasn't immediately available.
