Last month the Supreme Court ruled in Hamdan v. Rumsfeld that President Bush overstepped his authority in plans for war-crimes trials at Guantanamo Bay. Hamden was allegedly a driver for Osama bin Laden. Neal Katyal, the young Georgetown law professor who represented Hamdan in his legal challenge, has become a media star.
