How Appealing has a very interesting post, which begins:
Today a three-judge panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit heard oral argument in an appeal in which the State of Alabama, the losing party in the trial court, is seeking to have the appellate court reinstate a law prohibiting the distribution of "any device designed or marketed as useful primarily for the stimulation of human genital organs."
The post, which you can find on this page (it's a very long post), includes a report from a lawyer who was in the courtroom during oral argument. It's quite entertaining. (BlogSpot's direct link to the post is currently broken. I'll update the link when available.)
