Arbitration certainly has its proponents, and most major commercial contracts now contain mandatory arbitration clauses. But not everyone is a fan. "It really is like trying a case in the wild, wild West," Miami attorney Michael Kreitzer says. "The simple fact is that arbitrators are not bound to follow the law."
