Madrid, Spain (AHN) - A man on trial for threatening a judge multiple times threatened the presiding judge Thursday.
Ignacio Javier Bilbao Goikoetxea, a convicted murdered, told judge Alfonso Guevara, "I'm going to skin you alive" and "I look forward to shooting you seven times when I get my hands on you."
Meanwhile Baltasar Garzon, the judge Goikoetxea threatened in the past, sat as a witness during the trial.
Goikoetxea is also a member of the armed group ETA. He is serving 45 years in prison for killing a government councilor in 2002. Now the court is asking he receive two more years for his threats to Garzon. He may also get more time for his most recent threats.
