California Court of Appeal: Denying Marriage to Same-Sex Couples NOT Unconstitutional

BREAKING: The California Court of Appeal, First Appellate District, Division One, has just ruled that denying marriage licenses to same-sex couples does not violate the California Constitution. The three separate opinions of the three-judge panel span 128 pages. The majority reversed the trial court. J. McGuiness wrote for the majority. J. Parilli concurred separately. J. Kline dissented.
