I just found a new blawg called Legal Pad, which is the official blog of Cal Law, which is in turn the online version of the Northern California legal newspaper The Recorder. I've been frustrated for years that Cal Law/The Recorder maintain all their content behind passwords and paid subscriptions, so I'm unable to link to it. Perhaps Legal Pad represents the beginning of the end of that policy/business model?
