NEW YORK, NY, Sep. 4 (UPI) -- Cantor Fitzgerald, the New York firm that lost the most employees in the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks is suing al-Qaida, the Saudi government and others.
The New York Post reported Saturday that the bond company is seeking $600 million to recover the uninsured loss of property damage, lost profits and suffering.
The lawsuit, filed in Manhattan federal court, named 86 defendants including Osama bin Laden, is similar to a lawsuit filed by several insurance companies to recover damages.
