ST. LOUIS PARK, Minn. - A middle-aged attorney with a hidden camera was caught taking pictures up the skirts and down the blouses of unsuspecting women as they shopped at a Target store here, police said.
The store's security team told police they observed the man taking pictures as women bent down or stooped to get items from lower shelves. The camera was hidden in a small box of towelettes.
The man was arrested Sept. 2 on suspicion of disorderly conduct and released. Police have turned the case over to city prosecutors for possible charges. An attorney for this Minneapolis suburb, Darren Borg, said Thursday he didn't know all of the facts yet and couldn't speculate on what laws would apply.
The attorney's name and age were not provided. Details here from the AP via the Pioneer Press.
