"How the White House Embraced Disputed Arms Intelligence"

Wow. This is quite a piece of journalism. This very long story in Sunday's New York Times details how the Bush administration came to feed the country and the world false information about weapons of mass destruction in Iraq in the weeks leading to that country's invasion. And it doesn't spare the blame. Although Cheney seems to get the brunt of it, the CIA, Rice, Powell, Bush, various secretive agencies, and even Kerry, Edwards and the New York Times itself are criticized. It takes a good half hour to read, but it's a half hour well spent.
